Happy New Year All! It’s great to be back in full swing and we can’t wait to share with you our plans for 2020.

But first, it’s probably worth noting that we need to set ourselves some goals to refer back to throughout the year. So, we have come up with three main goals we wish to achieve by the end of 2020.

Since Ray Apted, our Managing Director, joined us in Summer 2018 we have made some major changes and have grown so much in such a short amount of time. We’ve launched many new product lines, such as the GRP Electrical Cabinets & Enclosures, The Pegasus Cabin, The Precast Cabin and The Panel Cabin. They’ve all done incredibly well so far and as we continue to grow into the market, making our mark and growing our brand is one of the top priorities for 2020. So that leads us to goal number one:

Establishing our brand and our mission as an SME

We are proud to be a small business, there is always room to grow and we have the control to determine by how much and how quickly. We understand our customers well and have taken a share of the market too, but we feel that our image as a brand has the potential to improve. That’s why we’re aiming to freshen up our style, resulting in our current and potential customers being able to understand what we stand for and what makes us different.

Putting you first, the perfect customer experience

This one is an important one. Although this is what most businesses set out to achieve, actually devising a good strategy for building customer relationships is difficult because you want to please everybody. So, we’ve come up with a few new tricks to make sure everyone is looked after going forward. Evolving with the times of an online world, not everybody enjoys talking on the phone (although we love a good natter in the office), so we have streamlined new ways to talk to us; live chat and social media messaging are something that we never considered before. However, we’ve done our homework and live chat messaging has proven to be a popular way for people to get in touch and make their enquiries.

Communication is the one

This may seem simple and pretty obvious, but over the years the lack of communication from the big corporate companies has proven to drive customers away. So, we’re aiming to ensure you’re updated every step of the way on your journey with us; online ordering is becoming increasingly popular and has proven a great success for us, so we’re taking it one step further and introducing automated emails for online purchases. This allows you to track your order progress at key stages and contact us easily if something isn’t right.

We’ve got a lot of work to do in 2020 but as this new decade dawns, we’re committed to being transparent with not only our customers & prospective customers but with our employees, suppliers and external agencies.
