There’s also a need to set plans in place for dealing with shoplifters and any special situations that may arise, such as bad weather contingency plans. Have a set manager for the running of your pop-up shop so everyone knows who is in charge.
2. Don’t Just Sell
You have the opportunity of interacting with your audience and while sales are an obvious goal, you could do more. Use the time you have to educate your consumers, informing them about your business, your products and what makes you better than everyone else. It’s also a great idea to use this time to discover more about your customers. Do your research, ask for feedback and provide incentives to ensure you get answers and future leads such as email addresses or social network likes.
3. Listen and Learn
The sales data and feedback you received will help you to strengthen your brand. After your pop-up shop closes, work with the data you’ve collected to help you make improvements for the future.
